SHIPPING
Every Silver in the Cloud order is carefully and professionally gift wrapped.
Goods are shipped via New Zealand Post, with fees calculated real-time at checkout.
All orders placed before 11am will be dispatched that day, with any orders placed after this cut-off time dispatched the following business day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account processing times, transit delays or customs hold ups.
New Zealand
Standard: 3 - 6 business days
Australia and USA
Standard: 10 - 20 business days
DUTIES & TAXES
All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes. These can include customs and import tax which are established by your local customs authorities and may be a government requirement of import. The payment of such are the customer's responsibilities and Silver in the Cloud has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes.
RETURNS
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receiving the goods. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If a piece is not quite right, you will be provided with an online store credit voucher which is valid for 3 years.
To return your item/s:
1- Post the item/s still in their original condition with the returns form that was included in the orders paper work to:

We strongly recommend that all exchanges posted to Silver in the Cloud have a tracking number. Silver in the Cloud is not responsible for any exchanges that go missing or lost on their way to us. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A further delivery charge will be required for sending out exchanges.
2- Once your items has been received, the return will be processed within 3 business days and you will be emailed a store credit voucher. If a refund has been made, you will be credited to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original order. Processing time can vary between banks so please allow up to 10 business days for the refund transaction.
